1. Account and Registration

When registering for MovlyHub, you must provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for the security of your account. You must not share your account with others.

2. Platform Usage

MovlyHub is a platform designed for movie and TV show discovery. You may only use the platform for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

• Do not misuse the platform or harass other users.
• Do not share misleading or false content.
• Do not share copyrighted content without permission.
• Avoid actions that could compromise platform security.

3. User Content

When creating content such as reviews, ratings, and lists, you must comply with community guidelines. MovlyHub reserves the right to remove inappropriate content. MovlyHub has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Offensive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable content will be removed, and users who engage in abusive behavior may be suspended or permanently banned. You can report objectionable content and block abusive users at any time within the app.

4. Intellectual Property

The MovlyHub platform and its content are protected by intellectual property rights. Movie data is provided through TMDB and OMDb APIs and belongs to their respective service providers.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

In case of violation of these terms, MovlyHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice.

6. Disclaimer

MovlyHub does not guarantee the accuracy of movie and TV show information presented on the platform. The platform is provided "as is".

7. Changes to Terms

MovlyHub reserves the right to update these terms of service at any time. Changes take effect when published on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MovlyHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

In no event shall MovlyHub's total liability exceed the amount you paid to MovlyHub, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MovlyHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from: (a) your use of and access to the platform; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms of Service; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.

12. Copyright / DMCA Takedown Procedure

MovlyHub respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent at the address below. Your notice must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it on the platform.
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email).
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
